Most bad decisions are made on a small map.
ChoiceUp gives kids, teens, and adults a simple way to see what’s really driving a choice, so they can make grounded decisions that last.
Most of us decide on autopilot.
A friend is waiting. A feeling takes over. The choice gets made before anyone looks around.
ChoiceUp is built on the Authentic Decision Field (ADF), a science-informed decision-making framework that helps you see the whole map first, without judging yourself for what you find.
WHY IT MATTERS
Big or small, every choice keeps going.
Some choices feel big. Taking the job. Moving to a new town. Saying yes, or no, to someone you love. We slow down for those.
Most choices don't feel big at all. Grabbing the last cookie without asking. Sending the text while you're still upset. Laughing along when a friend is unkind.
They take a second, and then they seem to disappear.
But they don't. Small choices stack up.
Over time they become habits, then patterns, then the shape of a life. Big or small, we are our choices.
You can't take hours or days for every decision. But you can carry four questions with you. They're the simplest way we know to give any choice, big or small, a bigger map.
THE FOUR QUESTIONS
Who does this choice actually touch?
How does it look in a year? At eighty?
What does it set in motion that's hard to undo?
What's going on inside me that's already steering?
The same four questions fit a five-year-old deciding whether to share and a parent deciding whether to take a new job. Ask them before the big choices and in the small moments, too. The Framework page shows how they fit together.
Activity books at every stage.
The ChoiceUp activity books give kids a light, fun way to practice pausing before they choose. Puzzles, stories, and simple questions help kids notice who else a choice touches and what it might start. There are no lectures and no “good kid, bad kid.” A choice is just something you can look at again.

A reminder you can wear.
T-shirts, hats, and sweatshirts that carry one simple idea: If a choice serves you, others, and the planet, it’s probably a good one.
Every choice moves something somewhere else.
Nothing you decide happens in isolation. A choice made in a hurry can ripple through a family, a classroom, or a friendship. ChoiceUp exists to help people make choices that do less harm to themselves and others, one decision at a time.
